NDIS School Precinct
NXT is implementing the NXT® Building System for an expansive boarding school precinct in Queensland, Australia. The precinct will encompass student accommodation and shared boarding facilities, libraries, observation halls, sporting complex, track and field, gym, swimming pool stadium and car park.
Functionality and flow is crucial in such an all-inclusive development in order to achieve smooth day-to-day operations as well as a good quality of life for the students who live on campus.
This unique precinct heavily utilises the NXT® Flatpack to create standalone boarding solutions and function areas that tie in organically with the connective pathways and thoughtful landscaping.
JURIEN BAY HOUSE
NXT has designed a two-level residential house with an undercroft garage and pool deck level facing the Indian Ocean, to be located on a four-hectare site in Jurien Bay, 220 kilometres north of Perth Western Australia, showcasing the NXT® Building System.
The luxury residential house features four bedrooms, two of which are master bedrooms with ensuites, three bathrooms, and floor to ceiling glass curtain walls to maximise the ocean views and an expansive pool and deck level to integrate seamless indoor-outdoor living.
The residence will utilise the NXT® Building System technology in its build, and demonstrate high quality and sustainable precast construction, significantly faster and more affordable than traditional building.
rockingham HOUSE
NXT has entered into a contract to design and deliver a three-level residential house with a basement to be located in the northern suburbs of Scarborough, Western Australia showcasing the NXT® Building System
An innovative basement design and engineering of the building allows for a maximised building area on a conservative 282m² lot, doubling the size of the house with an additional underground level which receives natural light and ventilation through clever configuration.
The residential house features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, theatre room, activity room, gym, entertainment area, wine cellar, open plan living spaces and swimming pool.
The home which has received development approval, will utilise the NXT® Building System technology, which demonstrates significant efficiencies, high structural integrity and stability in precast basement construction and can be completed within months, significantly faster and more affordable than traditional construction.

BURNS BEACH HOUSE
NXT has entered into a contract to design and deliver a three-level residential house with a basement to be located in the northern suburbs of Perth, Western Australia showcasing the NXT® Building System.
The house will sit on a 414m² lot facing the ocean. Given the narrow lot size with a street frontage of less than 10m, achieving an additional second floor level loft was crucial in order to take advantage of the vast ocean views without obstructions.
The residential house features a front balcony to capture the views, six bedrooms, four bathrooms, loft area, theatre room, games room, two open plan living spaces, swimming pool and car lift access to the basement level carpark.
Through the assembly of this incredible house, NXT will demonstrate the capabilities of its prefabricated building solution to deliver a sustainable and modern home with superior quality that showcases intricate engineering and design.
Sienna Eden Estate
NXT is delivering a residential project comprising of 144 houses in Queensland, Australia. Just 12km from Ipswich and less than an hour’s drive from Brisbane, Sienna Eden Estate spans almost 120,000sqm.
The 144 architecturally designed homes will be single and double storey houses catering to the demands of the region and needs of its population. The contemporary homes and landscaping will create a beautiful and upmarket aesthetic within the estate. The houses will utilise NXT® Building System technology from NXT, which removes the inefficiencies of traditional construction. With high-quality builds at entry-level prices, Sienna Eden Estate is expected to attract buyers seeking an exclusive community and maintain long-term capital growth as a result.

789 wellington street
789 Wellington Street, Perth is a five star, 40-level high rise tower based in the Perth CBD. It has a total gross floor area of 29,521m2, 209 hotel room keys, 30 service apartment keys, three sub-penthouses, a presidential suite, restaurant, function, dining areas and car parking.
The development’s theme incorporates modern luxury, public open space, retail and dining.
The project by NXT is at the development approval submission stage. Construction will utilise the entire suite of NXT® Technologies which provides for commercial, residential and civil construction projects.
NXT® Building System’s prefabricated building technology enables all elements to be manufactured locally offsite or onsite and efficiently delivered for assembly.
The NXT® Building System’s assembly method will significantly reduce the building program, enabling faster construction, reduced construction costs, improved feasibility internal rate of returns (IRR) and commencement of income stream sooner.
