NXT TEC. Ltd was featured in The Urban Developer on Wednesday, 24 April, 2024 after announcing development approval had been granted for one of the world’s largest private residences.
With a construction value estimated at $200 million, Madalyn Manor, a 40,000sqm home to be built on a 475ha site in Chittering Western Australia, has been designed by Mataki Lim, developer and inventor of the NXT® Building System, as a tribute to his late daughter.
Highlighting the NXT® Building System’s capabilities, the home will be constructed with NXT TEC.’s globally patented superstructure building technology, comprising of 26 rooms across four floors, including four specialised kitchens for French, Swedish, Japanese, and Italian cuisine.
