Chittering Eco-Golf Resort & Luxury Estates
Further enhancing the appeal of Chittering, an up-and-coming tourism destination located a short drive north of Perth, Western Australia, the NXT™ Building System is being wholly used to develop a deluxe golf resort and housing estate. NXT has entered into a contract to design and deliver a 3-level residential house with a basement to be located in the northern suburbs of Perth showcasing the NXT™ Building System.
The innovative design and engineering of the building allows for a maximised basement space on a 532m² lot, doubling the living area of the home and provides for natural ventilation and light to the underground level.
The residential house features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a basement, mezzanine floor, theatre room, games room, sunken lounge, cellar, bar, two open plan living spaces and swimming pool.
The home will utilise the NXT™ Building System technology, which demonstrates significant efficiencies, high structural integrity and stability in precast basement construction and can be completed within months, significantly faster and more affordable than traditional construction.
Sienna Eden Estate
NXT is delivering a residential project comprising of 144 houses in Queensland, Australia. Just 12km from Ipswich and less than an hour’s drive from Brisbane, Sienna Eden Estate spans almost 120,000sqm.
