Wyndham LUX Perth
As the world’s first hotel to be independently verified and certified with an Environmental Product Declaration, this project by Wyndham Hotel Group will wholly use the NXT™ Building System to assemble a 10-level, 120-room luxury hotel in Perth, Western Australia.
Although the project utilises a prefabricated solution, NXT™ Technologies allow for imaginative engineering and state-of-the-art design, showcased in the Wyndham LUX Perth.
The turnkey project will deliver five-star spacious and modern suites, with the contemporary bells and whistles expected from luxury hospitality - all within 12 months from foundation to completion. NXT simply provides flexibility in commercial design and efficiency in delivery, resulting in happy customers, earlier.
Chittering Resort & Estates
Further enhancing the appeal of Chittering, an up-and-coming tourism destination located a short drive north of Perth, Western Australia, the NXT™ Building System is being wholly used to develop a deluxe golf resort and housing estate. Surrounded by rolling hills and native bushland, NXT will deliver limitless luxury that reflects and respects the environment.
In designing the resort and estate, NXT™ showcases the possibilities of a prefabricated solution using NXT™ Technologies with luxurious guest villas, restaurants, a marine village, professional golf course, gym, spa and indoor and outdoor activity hubs.
The resort and estates will be a community and leisure destination with superior quality design and efficient assembly, with completion expected to take 50 per cent less time than a similar design executed with traditional building methods.
NXT is wholly utilising its NXT™ Building System for a five-level, 60-room hotel in Queensland, Australia. The modern and minimalistic hotel features large wall to floor glass facades with architecturally designed panelling details and lighting that illuminates the entire structure.
The hotel also pays homage to the city in which it is located, enveloped by abundant grasslands, through the incorporation of lush greeneries and rooftop gardens. The hotel includes amenities such as a restaurant with an alfresco dining spot, and an exclusive rooftop pool and gym overlooking the city.
The entire suite of NXT™ Building System technology will be utilised in the development of a mixed-use precinct in Western Australia. The new precinct will consist of four new buildings, including hotels and three towers comprising of commercial and residential buildings, and a pedestrian bridge.
The development’s theme incorporates vertical landscaping and an urban oasis, public open space and restaurants.
Mixed-use Entertainment Precinct
The NXT™ Building System will be deployed in a precinct project comprising of a hotel, convention centre, commercial building, apartments, cinema and entertainment complex including function and karaoke rooms, residential townhouses and a mix of entertainment boutique and retail, cafes and restaurants.

INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS
Located in the esteemed region of Putrajaya, Malaysia, NXT is treading international waters in its latest development of a bungalow to showcase the NXT™ Building System.
The 5-level residential project is set to raise the bar for innovative and efficient building. This showcase features 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a basement, theatre room, guest elevator, gymnasium and an open plan living space. The efficient structural design of the building supports a 5-car garage, car lift, roof top pool and spa, and the façade to create a panorama lake view.
This high-profile project showcases the benefits of the NXT™ Building System in a fast-build, superior quality and low environmental impact development. It also demonstrates the adaptability of the NXT™ Building System to withstand varying weather, seismic and soil conditions experienced in different international regions.
As NXT’s inaugural project using and showcasing the complete NXT™ Building System, its Research and Development Facility (NXT R&D Facility) is in Western Australia. A greenfield project built by NXT using the NXT™ Building System, the R&D facility is NXT’s innovation hub where no idea is too big and no dream is unattainable. Within the walls of the facility, the NXT team works to change the way we are simply building tomorrow.
The NXT R&D Facility uses the NXT™ Building System in a modular format, which can be reused to adapt to the future needs of the business.
